Deer Antler Capsules vs Deer Antler Spray I did some research on what form of deer antler is more cost effective and provides better results, deer antler capsules or deer antler spray. I have been trying different supplements since I was in high school and I am sure some of my “older” readers can remember that awful powder for muscle growth – Hot Stuff.
